My background incorporates over 25 years of working as a professional engineer and consultant within the telecommunication, defence, video security, IT, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and logistics sectors. Here I have worked at depth across the fields of Product Innovation, Software & Hardware Development, Process Optimisation, Strategic Product Marketing and Business Strategy, and functioned at board level with full P&L responsibility in both global corporations and local SME's. I partner with my clients to deliver strategic focus and excellence in line with their commercial and strategic aspirations.

As a masters qualified psychotherapist, I understand the hidden dynamics that can often undermine performance.
